The Zoning Board of Adjustments will a hold public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on June 6, 2023. The purpose of the public hearings is to consider an ordinance requesting a variance request on the following properties:

--Sections 9.2 (c.2), 23.6 (d), 23.7 (a) and 24.1.(d) of the Code of Ordinance regarding nonconforming buildings and uses of a site-built structure/garage on an original carport concrete pad that does not meet the required setbacks regarding Lot 1, block 9 within the City of Florence, TX, more commonly known as 207 East Avenue.

--Sections 23.3, 23.4 and 24.1.(b) of the Code of Ordinance regarding front yard improvements and nonconforming buildings and uses of an addition of a 6’ CMU wall/outdoor patio in the front yard and the modification of an existing carport that also does not meet the required setbacks regarding Lot 6-7, block 9 within the City of Florence, TX, more commonly known as 202 N. Love Avenue.

The City of Jarrell is accepting Requests for Qualifications and Proposals for Operation and Management of Municipal Water & Wastewater System/Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants.
