New Georgetown ISD Superintendent Devin Padavil addressed teachers and students during a convocation Tuesday, August 8. A power outage left them in darkness at the East View High School gymnasium, and he had to end the event early, but spirits were still high at the event to welcome the new administrator and the new school year.
