Scope of Work of the Contract includes furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for construction of the water, wastewater, drainage, street excavation, paving, erosion control and miscellaneous items as more fully described in the Drawings and Specifications.
Bids received after the closing time will not be considered. A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday October 31, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Local Time, via video/telephone conference call. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board’s judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.

Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to furnish, install and provide all labor and materials required for the construction of approximately 1,861 S.Y. of 5’’ concrete sidewalk and 173 L.F. of concrete curb (TY II), curb ramps, saw cutting and removing existing pavement and concrete driveways, erosion control, tree demolition and removal, concrete curb removal and other items, as more fully described in the Construction Plans and Project Specifications.
