Representatives of the Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. The engineer will distribute to prospecting Bidders a record of such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to discussions or inquiries arising at the conference.

Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code, Section §2269.255-256, it is the intention of Chasco Constructors, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Berry Springs Park Improvements project, to select, via proposals from trade contractors and subcontractors, for provision of all labor, material, and equipment and for the performance of all major elements of the work required to reach a GMP. WBE/MBE/HUB and DBE certified companies are encouraged to submit proposals.
