The City of Georgetown will host a riverbank cleanup event in Rivery Park on December 9.
Volunteers can check in for the event beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the city table near the playground, which is located in the middle of the park.
A safety briefing will happen at 8:55 a.m. and the cleanup will last from 9-10 a.m.
