Proposal Date and Time:
1. Proposals shall be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on Thursday December 7, 2023, at the Westinghouse Sportsplex (metal building next to four water towers), 3320 Westinghouse, Georgetown, TX 78626 .
Proposal Copies: Submit two (2) original proposals enclosed in separate opaque envelopes. (Facsimile transmitted proposals are not acceptable.)
Proposals are to be addressed to Orenda Education.
Pre-Proposal Conference and Site visit:

Proposal Acceptance Period: Proposals shall be valid for 60 days from time of Proposal opening.
1.4 SELECTION CRITERIA. The following factors will be considered by the Owner in determining to whom to award a contract:
1. Proposed construction contract amount. (50 points)
2. References, financial sufficiency. (20 points)
3. Experience on performing similar projects. (20 points)
4. Proposed construction schedule. (10 points)

1.6 CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATION
Prospective Offerors for this Project are required to meet all qualification requirements as established in these proposal documents.
Contract will be awarded only to qualified Offeror(s).

NOTICE OF AMENDED AND RESTATED ORDER ESTABLISHING
DRAINAGE FEES AND REGULATIONS
The Board of Directors of Berry Creek Highlands Municipal Utility District (the “District”) has adopted an Amended and Restated Order Establishing Drainage Fees and Regulations (the “Order”), which establishes fees and regulations applicable to the District’s drainage facilities and services. A violation of the Order will result in the offending party being subject to the payment of any required drainage fee that has not been collected and paid to the District as required by the Order, and to a penalty in an amount determined by the Board that does not exceed the jurisdiction of a justice court, as provided by Section 27.031, Texas Government Code. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. In addition, the offending party will be liable for any costs incurred by the District, including, without limitation, legal fees, incurred in connection with enforcing the Order and any repairs or corrections necessitated by any violation, and will also be subject to any other penalties provided by state law. Pursuant to Sections 49.004 and 54.206, Texas Water Code, the rules contained in the Order may be enforced by complaints filed in the appropriate court of jurisdiction in Williamson County, Texas and will be recognized by the courts as if they were penal ordinances of a city.
