This Invitation for Bids is for the construction of Bar W Ranch West Phase 9 and Phase 11. The work generally consists of Grading, Streets, Drainage, Water, Wastewater and Erosion Control Improvements. Sealed Bids should be addressed to Continental Homes of Texas, L.P., on behalf of Leander Municipal Utility District Nos. 1 and 2 (the “District”). Bids will be received at the offices of Carlson, Brigance & Doering, Inc. (CBD, Inc.), 5701 W. A Maintenance Bond will be required in the amount of 10% of the contract price and is to remain in force for a period of one year from the date of the letter of final acceptance from Leander Municipal Utility District Nos. 1 and 2.

Prevailing Wage Rates, in accordance with Government Code 2258, are applicable to this project.
