Williamson County Commissioners Court heard an update on the 2023 Strategic Plan during the January 23 meeting at the County Courthouse.
Developed over the course of nine months from 2022 to 2023, The Strategic Plan is a 10-year guide that aims to direct the county’s time and efforts. Adopted in May of 2023, the plan is heavily influenced by the county’s annual budget.
