Drilling and constructing one new irrigation well completed within the Lower Trinity Aquifer. Construction is turn-key and includes all components of the well up to the well head including the pump, motor, column pipe, water level measuring accessories, slab, and mounted controls upon a shaded rack.
A Cashier’s Check or Certified Check upon a national or state bank or Bid Bond payable to LGI Homes - Texas, LLC., in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid (Bidder’s Check or Bid Bond), must accompany the bid proposals as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will within ten (10) days of the award of the contract, enter into a contract and furnish an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:
RFP #24RFP60 Countywide Disaster Related Debris Removal Services
Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on July 23, 2024, at 03:00 PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.
Solicitation documents can be viewed by visiting the Williamson County Purchasing website at https://wilco.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login and selecting vendor registration link for the Bonfire portal. There is no fee to register as a supplier, view solicitations or to participate in the County's solicitation process. Suppliers are responsible for monitoring the solicitation listing through Bonfire for any updates pertaining to the solicitation described herein. Various updates may include addendums, cancellations, notifications and any other pertinent information necessary for the submission of a correct and accurate response. The Williamson County Purchasing Department will not be held responsible for any further communication beyond updating the Bonfire portal.
Any bonds that may be required for this solicitation will be specified in the solicitation documents.
The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court, or reject any and/or all responses.
