A 520,571-square-foot industrial park is being constructed near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Highway 130 in Georgetown.
The Berry Creek Business Park will have three Class A buildings, according to commercial real estate companies Fidelis and Transwestern. The 56-acre site was acquired by the two entities in the fourth quarter of 2023.
