Pursuant to Section 271.116 of the Texas Local Government Code, it is the intention of the WILLIAMSON COUNTY ESD #3 to select a prime contractor by using the competitive sealed proposal process for the construction of buildings and site work located at the New Fire Headquarters Building & Warehouse Facility, 1545 Chris Kelly Blvd., Hutto, Texas.
