Superintendent Devin Padvil has been authorized by Georgetown ISD trustees to take preliminary steps to purchase 11.47 acres of land for a new school.
The land is adjacent to 135 acres already owned by GISD in the district’s northwest quadrant, according to the Williamson County Appraisal District.
