The property to be considered in this hearing is a 2012 black 20-foot Ranch King trailer that was involved in an alleged theft that occurred on or about May 2023 in Georgetown and Thrall. This hearing will determine the disposition of described property in accordance with Article 47.01a, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
