NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Cool Water Municipal Utility District (the District) has adopted a Second Amended and Restated Cool Water Municipal Utility District Order Establishing Park Fees (the Amended Rate Order). The Amended Rate Order establishes, updates and amends, the fees, charges, related rules, and rates applicable to the development and administration of park and recreational facilities provided by the District to its residents. Breach of the rules in the Amended Rate Order may subject a violator to potential penalties.
