Under the authority and by virtue of an ORDER OF SALE dated and issued on the 20th Day of November, 2024 pursuant to the judgment of the Honorable 425th District Court of Williamson County, State of Texas by the clerk of said court as shown in the following schedule of cases, Cause Number 23-0215-C425: Red Oaks Community, Inc., Plaintiff(s), recovered a judgment on the 22nd day of August 2024, against Wesley Schiesz, Defendant(s), in the amount of:

$7848.19, plus attorney fees, costs of court, associated fees and interest.

To me directed and delivered as Constable in Williamson County, I have seized and levied upon the following property on December 5, 2024, at 1:00PM and will on the 1st Tuesday of February 2025, that being February 4, 2024 at the Williamson Co. Courthouse Annex, 405 MLK in Georgetown, Texas between the hours of Ten O'clock A.M. and Four O'clock P.M. proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder all of the right, title, and interest of the said Defendant Wesley Schiesz, in the real property, as described below in order to satisfy said judgment, interest, penalties, and costs.

A respondent submitting a bid on a goods and services solicitation exceeding $100,000 may be required to submit a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total contract price, payable without recourse to Williamson County, Texas.

The successful responded on a goods and services contract exceeding $50,000 may be required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, if required by the county, from an approved Surety Company.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court or reject any and/or all responses.

PAMELA RUTH DAWSON MINTON, Applicant in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed  on the 6th day of January, 2025 an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP AND FOR  LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION of the said estate and requests that the said  Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of the said KENNETH ROY MINTON,  DECEASED, and their respective shares and interest in such estate.
