Real estate developers have to follow new regulations passed on March 4 by the Williamson County Commissioners Court.
County Engineer Adam Boatright said that the new regulations require future developers to add turn lanes to their plans, conduct traffic impact analyses, water and wastewater, and floodplain impact studies.
