NOTICE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES TO AUCTION
Pursuant to the Texas Abandoned Motor Vehicle Act, the following vehicles(s) will be auctioned by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Department, unless the owner or lien holder of a listed vehicle satisfies ownership. Auction is set to begin on May 5, 2025 and will be an Online Auction with Renee Bates Auctions at www.renebates.com.
Viewing of vehicles will be at the Williamson County Impound Yard, 3181 SE Inner Loop Georgetown, TX 78626 – Sheriff’s Impound Lot. Viewings will be by appointment only after May 5, 2025 though Rene Bates Auctions. Auction is open to the public with online bidding at www.renebates.com.
All inquiries regarding the listed vehicles should be directed to Rene Bates and the online profiles. The Impound Officer will not answer questions over the phone.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDED AND RESTATED RULES REGARDING EROSION CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF DISTRICT UTILITY SYSTEMS
The Board of Directors of Parkside on the River Municipal Utility District No. 3 (the District ) has adopted Amended and Restated Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District Utility Systems (the Rules ) to protect the District’s utility facilities and water quality within the District. Among other requirements, the Rules require the installation, maintenance and inspection of erosion control devices, during construction and require silt fence to be installed on the downstream side of all lots during construction activities on the lots. Violation of the Rules may result in the violator being subject to a penalty in the amount of $500 per offense. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. The offending party will also be liable for any costs incurred by the District as a result of the violation.

The Scope of Work of the Contract includes the removal of sediment from the forebays and main pool of a water quality pond, including dewatering and offsite disposal of the sediment.
For construction contracts $50,000 and over but less than $250,000, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State of Texas equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 5% certified or cashier's check or a 5% bid bond of the maximum total bid amount.
