The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on June 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.

An Optional Non-Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on 05.22.25, at 10:00 AM at the Williamson County Georgetown Annex, 100 Wilco Way, Suite P104, Georgetown TX.

Lump sum or unit pricing shall be used as specified in the solicitation documents Method of payment shall check or electronic funds transfer.

The successful responded on a public works contract exceeding $100,000 will required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon execution from an approved Surety Company.

Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for Uni

ncorporated Areas of Williamson County, Texas, Case No. 25-06-0227P. The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway. The FIRM and, if applicable, the FIS report have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through issuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in accordance with Title 44, Part 65 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These determinations are the basis for the floodplain management measures that your community is required to adopt or show evidence of having in effect to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program.
