Surplus Property.  The Board of Trustees of the Round Rock Independent School District (“RRISD”) hereby serves notice that RRISD will accept bids for the following real property, with improvements: the surface only of the parcel of land and existing structure, consisting of 1.5 acres in Williamson County, Texas, known as 321-325 N. Lake Street, Round Rock, Texas 78681.

The building on the Property has sustained substantial damage. The Property may contain environmental conditions. The buyer will be required to assume all duties, costs, and risks of abatement of such conditions, if any.
