Williamson County updates its guidelines for tax incentives to big companies

The Williamson County Commissioners Court has updated the county’s tax abatement policies. Last updated in 2023, the policy outlines criteria for tax abatement, which are county-approved tax breaks used to incentivize particular businesses to come to the region or to provide a specific opportunity to county residents.
