Pegatron sets up shop in Georgetown
One month after the City of Georgetown approved tax incentives for Taiwan-based Pegatron Technologies, LLC, the Williamson County Commissioners Court followed suit with a county-level tax abatement agreement for the tech company Tuesday, January 6.
Terms of the agreement would abate 30 percent of the assessed value of the project — with conditions — for up to 10 years.
