You have been named as a defendant in a condemnation proceeding that the City of  Georgetown, Texas ("City") initiated on November 20, 2025, with the filing of a Petition for  Condemnation (the "Petition"). Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the of the City Park parking lot expansion.
