Sealed bids for the JONAH WATER SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT FM 972 Project will be received at the offices of Jonah Water Special Utility District (“Jonah”), located at 4050 FM 1660, Hutto, TX 78634, until 10:00 a.m. on June 4, 2026. They will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract time is of the essence, and substantial completion shall be no later than 180 calendar days after execution of the contract. All pipes, fittings, and miscellaneous items are to be delivered together.
The owner reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in bids received.
