A telegram from Galveston states that the investigation into the death of George Stoch of Taylor was resumed by Justice Fontaine. Several trivial wounds were found, but physicians were of the opinion that death resulted from suffocation, it being believed that he was drugged or stupefied and then thrown into the bay.
