•Units must be single-stage systems
•Acceptable brands: Lennox or Carrier
Ductwork
•Remove existing ductwork serving five (5) classrooms
•Supply and install new ductwork to serve the five (5) classrooms
•Ensure proper air distribution and balanced airflow
Additional Requirements
•Work includes all necessary gas plumbing modifications and installation
•Work includes all necessary electrical work for HVAC equipment
•Contractor may self-perform or subcontract plumbing and electrical work, but contractor is responsible for all work completed
Other Expectations
•Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all old equipment and materials

The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department located at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on July 9, 2026, at 02:00 PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.

PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSON COUNTY NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:
26IFB54 Cross Culvert Replacements FY26
Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on July 07, 2026, at 03:00 PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.
Solicitation documents can be viewed by visiting the Williamson County Euna (formerly known as Bonfire) Portal at https://wilco.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities or by visiting the Williamson County Purchasing website at https://wilco.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=login and selecting vendor registration link. There is no fee to register as a supplier or to participate in the County's solicitation process.
Lump sum or unit pricing shall be used as specified in the solicitation documents. Method of payment shall be check or electronic funds transfer.
The successful respondent on a public works contract exceeding $25,000 will be required to post a payment bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon contract execution from an approved Surety Company.
The successful respondent on a public works contract exceeding $100,000 will be required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon execution from an approved Surety Company.
The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court or reject any and/or all responses.
The receipt of electronic responses will be registered in Euna (formerly known as Bonfire). The Time-Date Stamp Clock located at the Williamson County Purchasing Department will serve as the official clock for the purpose of verifying the date and time of receipt of paper responses.
Respondents shall submit pricing as specified in the solicitation documents. Payment will be made by the respondent’s preferred method as filed with the Williamson County Auditor’s Office, provided that respondent’s preferred method of payment is a form of payment acceptable to Williamson County.
The designated Purchasing Agent for this solicitation is Ann Sanchez, Purchasing Specialist II, under the direction of Joy Simonton, Purchasing Agent for Williamson County, 512-943-1555.
