The successful respondent on a goods and services contract exceeding $50,000 may be required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, if required by the county, from an approved Surety Company.

The Williamson County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept the best value response as deemed by the Court or reject any and/or all responses.

The receipt of electronic responses will be registered in Euna (formerly known as Bonfire). The Time-Date Stamp Clock located at the Williamson County Purchasing Department will serve as the official clock for the purpose of verifying the date and time of receipt of paper responses.

Sealed Bids, in duplicate, addressed to WILLIAMSON COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 29, Attention Rebecca Carter, President, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of the ENGINEER, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 10814 Jollyville Road, Avallon IV, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78759, until 2 p.m. Local Time, August 14, 2026, then publicly opened and read for “WOLF RANCH WEST SECTION 5G PAVING, GRADING, AND UTILITIES for WILLIAMSON COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 29, WILLIAMSON County, Texas.” Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened.

By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature, as defined by and in accordance with Owner’s Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts.

Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and materials required for construction of the wastewater lines, storm sewer lines, water lines, roadways, ponds, and miscellaneous items more fully described in the Drawings and Specifications.

A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held in person on July 20, 2026 at 2 p.m., Local Time, at the office of the ENGINEER, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., 10814 Jollyville Road, Avallon IV, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78759.  The NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference can also be attended remotely by a Microsoft Teams Link.  The Microsoft Teams Link can be requested by email to john.pickens@kimley-horn.com prior to the pre-bid meeting.  Attendance by each prospective bidder or its representative at the pre-bid conference is NON-MANADATORY.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified or cashier’s check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 44                                   NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES AND PENALTIES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 44 (the “District”), at a meeting held on May 13, 2026, adopted a Rate Order and Regulations Governing Sanitary Sewer Lines and Connections (“Rate Order”), which provides rules and regulations for connection to the District’s sewer system and drainage system, as well as charges for these services.

Violation of any of the rules contained in the District’s Rate Order will subject the violator to penalties, which includes a fine of up to $10,000 per breach and/or day, disconnection of water and sewer service, payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation, and/or civil legal action.
