Jan Frazier's ‘The Peace of Evening Light’ brightens Georgetown City Hall

    Georgetown artist Jan Frazier brings her exhibit, "The Peace of Evening Light," to Georgetown City Hall, where it is on display until October 2. The artist reception is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. July 21.

    She explained that the Impressionists, John Singer Sargent, the Tonalists and many of today’s masters influenced her.
