The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

This Solicitation has been extended. Vendors that previously attended the mandatory meeting and signed purchasing's documents at both locations are not required to attend again. Due to a previous addressing error, and out of abundance of caution, a second meeting is being held to assure all vendors have access to the information that is needed on this project.
Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on October 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/ time.
A Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Thursday October 08, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the Williamson Administration Building located at 1848 Texas Trail, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Followed by mandatory site walk located at Lake Creek Annex, 9500 Lake Creek Pkwy., Austin, TX 78717. Also, a 5% bid bond of the total bid price - must be submitted with respondence submission.
