WILLIAMSON COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 12NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDED AND RESTATED RULES REGARDING STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION REQUIREMENTS
The Board of Directors of Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 12 (the “District”) has adopted the following Amended and Restated Rules Regarding Stormwater Pollution Prevention Requirements. Among other requirements, the Rules require compliance with the District’s stormwater management plan, applicable provisions of TPDES General Permit No. TXR040000, any stormwater pollution prevention plan for the site, and any maintenance plan for stormwater control measures for the site. Violations of the Rules may result in a penalty in the amount of $5,000 per offense or in an amount per offense that does not exceed the jurisdiction of a justice court, as provided by Section 27.031, Texas Government Code. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. The offending party will also be liable for any costs incurred by the District as a result of the violation.
