Florence Pledger Schubert

Flo Schubert, 81 years old, passed away on July 26, 2023, from complications regarding pulmonary fibrosis.

Her life has been blessed by her husband of 21 years, Bruce Lessem who has always been by her side. As well as her beloved sisters, Margaret Stevens of Cloquet, Minnesota, and Lucy Hood (husband, Mack) of Sugar Land, Texas. Along with their amazing, loving extended family that meant the world to her.

She was graciously and totally accepted into Bruce’s sons’ lives, including Jeff Lessem and wife, Mia Sherman, and their daughter, Lucy, of Broomfield, Colorado, and Matt Lessem and partner, Naomi Friedman, of Longmont, Colorado. And by their amazing Mother, Annie Lessem (partner, Ski Szymanski) of Broomfield, Colorado.

Flo enjoyed fun-filled and rewarding careers including 27 years with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and 20 years with the Law Offices of Broadus A. Spivey.

She will be missed dearly by many. But those who touch our lives, stay in our hearts forever. No funeral services are planned per her request.
