Knew no stranger, welcomed all into his home, and worked hard to provide for his family, J Margarito Loyola Sanchez, 68, of Georgetown, Texas,, was called away peacefully by our heavily father during his sleep on June 9, 2024.
Born on December 17, 1955, to Panfilo and Guadalupe Sanchez. Margarito was the eldest of 11 siblings. Upon his arrival to the United States, he worked hard for several well-known farming families. He also served the Georgetown Railroad for 20 plus years.
In 1974, JM met the love of his life Elena and over the course of 48 years fathered five children who become a beacon of his life with professional careers themselves and a presence in the community.
We are grateful to The Wesleyan staff for welcoming Margarito into their family and for the care and compassion that he and his family received.
JM Sanchez is survived by his loving wife Elena Sanchez; oldest son Margarito Sanchez, Jr. and his wife, Jeana; daughter Maria Valladares and her husband Alex; daughter Eva M. Carrizales and her husband, Vicente; daughter Rebeca Sanchez; and youngest son Marco Antonio Sanchez; his grandchildren, Ciara San Miguel, Kaleb San Miguel, Madison Sanchez, Emilio Sanchez, Brooklyn Sanchez, Rogelio Margarito Valladares, Giovanni Valladares, Alexis Valladares; Sara Carrizales, Abigail Carrizales, Matthew Carrizales, Victoria Carrizales; Juliana Garcia; his 10 siblings; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, June 12, from 6-8 p.m. with the rosary beginning at 7 p.m.
The funeral services will take place the following morning, Thursday, June 13, at 10 a.m. also at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel. Afterwards, JM will be laid to rest at Weir Cemetery.
