December 27, 1963 – September 30, 2020

Born on December 27, 1963, in Brigham City, Utah, Scott was the youngest of five children born to Arnold and Hazel Asay. He grew up surrounded by a large, bustling family and carried that love for togetherness into his adult life.
A Life Full of Passion and Adventure
Scott lived a vibrant, fulfilling life. Known to many as the life of the party, his energy was infectious, and he brought joy to every gathering. He was an avid outdoorsman who found his greatest peace while hunting and fishing. Scott was also incredibly skilled with his hands, spending countless hours working on cars and trucks carpentry.
More than the hobbies themselves, Scott loved passing his knowledge down. He took immense pride in teaching his children how to fish and how to maintain their own vehicles, creating lifelong memories in the process.

• Scott was a proud grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren who brought immense light to his life: Hadlee, Witten, Barrett, Brody, Ember and Ezra.

He leaves behind his devoted surviving siblings: Linda (Bob) Simcox, Dennis (Amy) Asay, and Connie (Dave) Jensen.
A Final Farewell
