Dorothy Dolores Wilde

Dorothy Dolores Wilde of Georgetown, formerly of Corpus Christi and Comfort, passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 89. She was born on January 23, 1934, in Lasara, to Herman and Clara Wilde. Dorothy was raised in San Antonio, and graduated from Our Lady of The Lake University.

Ginger Ann Westling

Ginger Ann Westling “Gil” was born in Knoxville Tennessee September 8th, 1943, and left us February 25, 2023. She was proceeded in death by her parent’s father Lee Gilstrap, Mother Ginny Hall, and stepfather James Hall, her husband LaVern Westling “Duke”, son Adam and sister Rebecca Duhon.

John Albert Fenoglio

John Albert Fenoglio went to be with our Lord on Friday, February 24, 2023. He was 84. John was born on June 24, 1938 in Vernon Texas to his parents Earnest and Fern Fenoglio.  John’s lifelong love of work came to him early in life.

Deborah Young Boughton

Deborah Young Boughton, age 69, of Georgetown, TX, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 16th, 2023. Debby was born on December 3, 1953 to Mary Bartlett Young and Holland Alden Young, in Beaumont, Texas, where she grew up and graduated from Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School.

Morris Faye Ray

Morris Faye Ray, 84, passed away peacefully with his children by his side on February 26, 2023. He was born on November 10, 1938, in Leander.   He served in the U.S. Navy 1958-1962. He was a master plumber and a member of Plumbers Pipefitters Local Union 286.

Scotty Rundell

Scotty Rundell, age 74, of Georgetown, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, with his wife, Sally, by his side along with longtime friends, Reagan and Paula Cook. He was born on July 16, 1948, in Muleshoe. He graduated from Bovina High School.

Nancy Sharon Elam

Nancy Sharon Elam, 79, of Georgetown passed peacefully with family by her side on February 6, 2023. She was born on December 26, 1943, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Fred and Shirley (Scheuren) Horenstein.  Nancy was raised in Milwaukee but moved to Vermont at the start her long career with IBM.

Walt Potter

Many knew Walt Potter as a professor, a mathematician and as an academic.  And while he was proud to hold those positions, he truly loved connecting with others in ways that went beyond his professional capacity. He cherished being a father, a grandpa, a husband, a teacher and a friend.

Pete McRae

Pete McRae, who meant so much to so many, left us on Saturday, February 11, 2023. As a professional, friend, and good citizen, Pete spent his life bringing people together to accomplish good for their communities.

1934-2023. Born in McKinney, his family moved to Amarillo, Clovis, Tucumcari, New Mexico, before settling in Sudan, Texas. After graduating from Sudan High School, he joined the Air Force in 1952.
