MAGA Republicans lose ground

The most important result of the 2022 election was the resounding defeat of MAGA-Republican election deniers and a clear vote for democracy and rule of law.

Over 300 MAGA-Republican candidates running at the state and federal level lost their bid for public office.

Trumpism is losing ground to candidates, who disdain extreme, conspiratorial views. That’s a healthy sign for our democratic republic.

The sooner the Republican Party purges itself of MAGA, eating away the founding principles of limited government and fiscal conservatism, red waves will become a common occurrence again.
