Triton IM (License 0659860VSF) 512-252-2727 has the following vehicle impounded at 16206 Terrace Dr., Austin, TX 78728. The vehicle is a 2000 Kawasaki motorcycle bearing no VIN#. This Vehicle was removed from 15222 FM 620, Austin, TX 78717. Charges are $342.85 plus $22.85 per day storage beginning on March 25, 2025. Vehicles must be claimed and charges paid by the registered owner by June 15, 2025, or will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder. General Notice

The City of Jarrell (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

2023 CDBG Paving Project

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the City of Jarrell, located at 161 Town Center Blvd., Jarrell, Texas 76537, until May 7, 2025, at 2:00 local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The project involves full-depth hot-mix asphalt and limestone base reconstruction of existing pavement along N. 5th Street and W. Avenue A in Jarrell, Texas. New concrete ribbon curbs are planned along the entire project length. The intent is to reconstruct as much new paving as possible based on market prices at the time of bidding.

Project has an expected duration of 180 days.

The Contractor must comply with the requirements of the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, 41 USC 8301 note, and all applicable rules and notices, as may be amended, if applicable to the Grantee's infrastructure project. Pursuant to HUD's Notice, Public Interest Phased Implementation Waiver for FY 2022 and 2023 of Build America, Buy America Provisions as Applied to Recipients of HUD Federal Financial Assistance (88 FR 17001), any funds obligated by HUD on or after the applicable listed effective dates, are subject to BABA requirements, unless excepted by a waiver.
