NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AMENDED AND RESTATED RULES REGARDING EROSION CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF DISTRICT UTILITY SYSTEMS
The Board of Directors of Parkside on the River Municipal Utility District No. 3 (the District) has adopted Amended and Restated Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District Utility Systems (the Rules) to protect the District’s utility facilities and water quality within the District. Among other requirements, the Rules require the installation, maintenance and inspection of erosion control devices, during construction and require silt fence to be installed on the downstream side of all lots during construction activities on the lots. Violation of the Rules may result in the violator being subject to a penalty in the amount of $500 per offense. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. The offending party will also be liable for any costs incurred by the District as a result of the violation.
