4.  The Board of Directors has decided that its regular board meeting will not be held in the District or within 10 miles of the boundary of the District for the following reasons:

There is no suitable enclosed meeting place within the District and the Board of Directors deems meeting in a residence within the District as not practical.

Currently, the District is saving money by not having the consultants and the majority of the Board travel out to the District.

As shown above, the Board of Directors has previously declared certain meeting places within a 10-mile radius of the District.  However, the District is saving money by not having consultants bill for the extra travel and by not having to rent those places to conduct the monthly board meetings.

5.  A true copy of this Resolution shall be filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the District.
