WOODSIDE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RULES REGARDING EROSION CONTROL AND  PROTECTION OF DISTRICT UTILITY SYSTEMS

The Board of Directors of Woodside Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the  “District”) has adopted Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District  Utility Systems (the “Rules”) to protect the District’s utility facilities and water quality  within the District. Among other requirements, the Rules require the installation,  maintenance, and inspection of erosion control devices, including silt fencing. The Rules  also prohibit foreign materials or debris from being introduced or disposed of within the  District’s drainage system. Violation of the Rules may result in the violator being subject  to a penalty in the amount of $500 per offense. Each day of violation constitutes a  separate offense. The offending party will also be liable for any costs incurred by the  District as a result of the violation.

The Rules are on file at the principal office of the District, 100 Congress Avenue,  Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701, where they may be read by any interested person.
