Action will be taken immediately by the Board of Directors of the District to accept or reject the best bid. Neither Specialized Public Finance Inc. nor the District shall be responsible for any malfunction or mistake made by, or as a result of the use of the facilities of PARITY, the use of such facilities being the sole risk of the prospective bidder.
