Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding allocation of $2,200,130 and Emergency Solution Grant funding allocation of $185,910 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income areas throughout the County.  On July 1, 2025 Williamson County Commissioner’s Court is expected to approve the proposed projects to be included in the 2025 Annual Action Plan.  In accordance with HUD regulations, the County encourages public participation to review and comment on the proposed projects.
