This is a one-step selection process pursuant to Texas Government Code Sect. 2269.253. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

For Turnkey Production of Fire Facility Remodel and upgrades including Design  Team Integration, Architectural Team Services, Engineering, Comprehensive  Pricing and  Construction.

Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 4 (WCESD No. 4) is seeking  qualified firms to provide turnkey professional services for the remodel and  upgrade of a fire administration facility, as well as subsequent updates to Fire  Station #1. The scope includes architecture, engineering, cost estimation, and full  construction services.

Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 51

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RULES AND  REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Williamson County Municipal  Utility District No. 51 (the “District”), at a meeting held on June 23, 2025, adopted a Resolution Establishing Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of District Facilities (the “Resolution”). Violation of any of the rules contained in the Resolution will subject  the violator to penalties, a fine of up to $10,000 per breach and/or day and may include  payment of any costs or damages resulting from the violation.

A copy of the Resolution is on file at the principal office of the District, Allen Boone  Humphries Robinson LLP, 919 Congress Avenue, Suite 1500, Austin, Texas 78701, where  it may be read in full.
