The Williamson County Commissioners’ Court invites the submission of sealed responses for:

25RFP40 Refrigeration Appliance Repairs and Maintenance Services

Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on May 2, 2025, at 2:30 PM CST. All sealed responses must be received on or before the stated date/time.

A non-mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 9:00 AM CT at the above-mentioned location.

The successful responded on a public works contract exceeding $100,000 will required to post a performance bond, up to the full amount of the contract, upon execution from an approved Surety Company.
