Sealed Bids addressed to Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 70, will be received at the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., 501 South Austin Avenue Suite 1310, Georgetown, Texas, 78626, until 3:00 p.m. Local Time, August 25th, 2026, and then publicly opened and read at the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc., 501 South Austin Avenue Suite 1310, Georgetown, Texas, 78626, for “Chapman Ranch Phases 1&2 – Civil Construction Plans Mass Grading for Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 70 of County, Texas.” In addition to the opening of sealed Bids at the address above, you may view the public opening of sealed Bids via Microsoft Teams.
Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: furnishing, installing, and providing all labor and material required for the construction of erosion controls, drainage, mass grading, and miscellaneous items more fully described in the drawings and specifications.
Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held in person and remotely on August 11th, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Local Time, at 501 South Austin Avenue Suite 1310, Georgetown, Texas, 78626. Attendance by each prospective bidder or its representative at the pre-bid conference is MANDATORY, and no Bid will be opened unless the bidder or representative was present at the pre-bid conference.

Sonterra Municipal Utility District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
PHASE 1 DRAINANGE MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc., located at 2204 South Hwy 281, Suite D, Lampasas, Texas 76550, until Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
