Place and Time of Award:   The District will consider the award of the sale of the Bonds on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM, C.D.T. at the designated meeting place outside the boundaries of the District, at the Clubhouse at Star Ranch, 2500 FM 685, Hutto, TX 78634. Action will be taken immediately by the Board of Directors of the District to accept or reject the best bid. The Board of Directors of Williamson County Water Control and Improvement District No. 2 has previously established offices for the District and regular meeting places for the Board pursuant to Section 49.062, Texas Water Code. The Board of Directors of Williamson County Water Control and Improvement District No. 2 has amended the designated offices and meeting places of the District.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Directors of Williamson County Water Control and Improvement District No. 2 that:

(ii) the offices of Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc., located at 13915 N. Mopac Expressway, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78728; and (iii) the offices of Pape-Dawson Engineers located at 10801 North MoPac Expressway Building 3, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78759.  Said offices are hereby established for the purpose of opening bids for construction contracts and for the purpose of filing and maintaining the District's records.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 35

NOTICE OF RULES GOVERNING DISTRICT PROPERTY AND STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION

Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 35 (the “District”) has adopted rules (the “Rules”):  (i) governing the use of its floodplain, drainage, open space, and parkland areas, and trails and fencing (“District Property”); (ii) establishing stormwater pollution prevention measures and a stormwater management plan; and (iii) imposing drainage fees.  The Rules regulate:  (i) conduct and activities within District Property and limit hours of access; (ii) conduct and activities by developers with respect to stormwater pollution prevention and management; and (iii) payment of drainage fees per living unit equivalent (LUE) per platted lot.  Violation of the Rules may subject the violator to a penalty in an amount not to exceed $5,000 per offense, and to payment of all costs incurred by the District as a result of the violation.
