Under the authority and by virtue of an ORDER OF SALE dated and issued on the 9th day of January 2026, pursuant to the judgment of the Honorable 395th Judicial District Court of Williamson County, State of Texas by the clerk of said courts as shown in the following schedule of cases, Cause Number 20-0464-C395: The Homeowners’ Association for Chandler Creek, Inc., Plaintiff(s) recovered a judgment on the 29th day of January 2021, against Gary and Arlene Dodson, Defendant(s) in the amount of:
