NOTICE OF PUBLIC POSTING FOR WILLIAMSON COUNTY 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding allocation of $2,308,168 and Emergency Solution Grant funding allocation of $193,368 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income areas throughout the County. On June 30, 2026 Williamson County Commissioner’s Court is expected to approve the proposed projects to be included in the 2026 Annual Action Plan. In accordance with HUD regulations, the County encourages public participation to review and comment on the proposed projects.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fern Bluff Municipal Utility District (the "District"), a municipal utility district in Williamson County, Texas, is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms ("Bidders") to provide residential solid waste (garbage), recycling, and bulky-item collection, hauling, and disposal services for customers within the District, together with all carts, equipment, labor, transportation, disposal, customer service, and reporting necessary to perform the services.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDER ESTABLISHING SERVICE RATES, CHARGES, AND TAP FEES AND ADOPTING RULES AND POLICIES WITH RESPECT TO THE DISTRICT’S WATER, WASTEWATER, AND DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
The Board of Directors of Sonterra Municipal Utility District (the “District”) has adopted an Order Establishing Service Rates, Charges, and Tap Fees, and Adopting Rules and Policies with Respect to the District’s Water, Wastewater, and Drainage Systems (the “Rate Order”), which establishes rules and regulations to: (i) secure and maintain safe, sanitary and adequate plumbing facilities as part of its sewer system; (ii) preserve the sanitary condition of all water controlled by the District; (iii) prevent waste or the unauthorized use of water; (iv) regulate privileges on any land or easement controlled by the District; and (v) provide and regulate a safe and adequate freshwater distribution system.
Violations of the rules contained in the Rate Order will result in the violator being subject to various penalties in amounts set forth in the Rate Order. The offending party will also be liable for any costs incurred by the District in connection with any repairs or corrections necessitated by the violation. Specific penalties include a penalty not to exceed $5,000, plus any attorney’s fees and courts costs, for violating rules related to fire hydrants or unauthorized taking of water, meter tampering, bypass, or diversion, prohibited discharges of waste, or unauthorized dumping, with each day of a violation constituting a separate violation.

Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for the City of Cedar Park, Williamson County, Texas, Case No. 25-06-2575P. The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway. The FIRM and, if applicable, the FIS report have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through issuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in accordance with Title 44, Part 65 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These determinations are the basis for the floodplain management measures that your community is required to adopt or show evidence of having in effect to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program.
