The Zoning Board of Adjustments will a hold public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an ordinance requesting a variance request on the following:

Section 3.7: SF-MH, Manufactured Home Existing District- Grant a variance allowing a reduction from the 1,200 square feet unit size to 765 square feet building, and allowing the front door to face a direction other than the street, pursuant to Section 3.7 of the Florence Zoning Ordinance. This property is located within the City of Florence, TX, more commonly known as 121 Sullivan Street.
