The Board of Directors of Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 26 (the “District”) will publicly receive sealed bids on their $12,000,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2025 (the “Bonds”) on Thursday, November 6, 2025, by 9:00 A.M., CST, at the offices of Specialized Public Finance Inc., 248 Addie Roy Road, Suite B-103, Austin, Texas 78746. At a meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., CST, at the offices of McLean & Howard, L.L.P., 4301 Bull Creek Road, Suite 150, Austin, Texas 78731, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.
A bid for Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the President and Board of Directors of the District at the Specialized Public Finance Inc. address. All bidders must submit a signed “Official Bid Form” and a bank cashier’s check in the amount of $240,000 made payable to the District as a Good Faith Deposit. Additional terms and conditions related to the submission of a bid for the Bonds are included in the “Official Notice of Sale.”
The Bonds will mature serially on August 15, 2028, through August 15, 2045, and will be dated December 18, 2025.
