This hearing is regarding a proposed issuance of qualified 501(c)(3) bonds, as defined in Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the “Tax Code”), by the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation (the “Issuer”) in one or more series (the “Bonds”) for hospitals or other healthcare facilities as further described below in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed One Billion Five Hundred Eighty-Five Million Dollars ($1,585,000,000).
