NOTICE OF RULES REGARDING EROSION CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND SYSTEMS

Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 19A (the “District”) has adopted Rules Regarding Erosion Control and Protection of District Facilities and Systems (the “Rules”) to protect the District’s utility and drainage facilities and systems (collectively, “District Systems”), and the water quality within the District. The Rules regulate activities during development and construction, and require the submittal of related plans; the installation, maintenance, and inspection of erosion control devices and construction dumpsters; and the removal of construction debris. The Rules prohibit any foreign materials or debris (including motor oil, grass, leaves, or tree clippings, trash, construction debris or silt) from being placed, thrown, disposed of, deposited, discharged, or allowed to migrate into the District Systems. Breach of the Rules may subject the violator to a penalty in an amount $500 per offense together with the payment of all costs incurred by the District in connection with the violation. Each day of violation will constitute a separate offense.
